Police Scotland advertising implied threats of violence via Social Media.

This is an implied threat by language modification, sent to a messenger account from Police Scotland. My person who sent this is no criminal, nevertheless with threats on national TV etc. This is another attempt to put our people into fear and alarm with armed police coming along any minute.

Threats to Kill.

A person who without lawful excuse makes to another a threat, intending that that other would fear it would be carried out, to kill that other or a third person shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years.
